Shots of buildings near the centre of the city.
There's a marketplace selling mainly food and flowers, a bit like the one in Singapore.
The inside of a church. This one is much grander than many others we have seen. The ceilings are filled with murals and there are many sculptures around.
Food.
The famous Hohensalzburg Castle, which is the place where each reign of bishop or archbishop live. The road up the castle is horribly slanted, and the castle is located high up on the hill, which shows how slack the bishop/archbishop were, living in isolation and all.
Taken from the top of the castle.
Food.
After that we came upon this fair of sorts, where people set up many stalls for others to play and stuff. There were face-painting and knitting and paintball-painting. I think it probably happens once a week on Saturdays, so that people in the city can relax.
Arrived very late at the Czech republic after 2.5 hr of car ride (you can call it a taxi), currently staying at a family-hotel of sorts, where the landlady owns the house but rents some rooms for tourists. Too dark to see anything now, so shall be exploring more tomorrow.
