I'm starting to get stressed again.

With the coming chinese test, I would see my chinese standard drop far behind when I get back my results. Somehow my chinese standard suddenly dropped this year, and of course I'm not niaoing.

As compared to last year, this year's overall result for chinese is horrible, at least for term 1. Sometimes blaming the teacher doesn't help anymore, especially after a period of time has passed and u are expected to have adapted to the situation already.

NAPFA test tmr. With me only capable of doing a maximum of 2 chin-ups, let's take that I got bronze for NAPFA. sigh from gold to silver to bronze. deprovement throughout the year.

losing the focus

Recently I have lost all interest in blogging. Except for a few lame posts I can't seem to come up with anything 'material' enough to look like a proper blog post.

Although most of my work has been completed, perhaps I need to slow down a bit more before I can write properly.

Bad thing being sec 4 life doesn't allow slowing down, otherwise you would only be left behind as everyone races forward.

Completed my CME reflection and felt rather happy with my record until now. I already admit to my destiny of being a sucky leader, so the rest of the achievements are needed to fill up the blank.

And based on my peer review (of my two minions lololol), once again my best quality is chemistry. Ok minion 1 implies that he is going to worship me as the chem god at any time, minion 2 implies our best friend chain has being lengthened, thickened and strengthened by 100%. Thanks to both minions, I will always treat my minion with warmth~

Had QA challenge today. Finished the supposed 4 hour session in 1 hour, due to my godliness. By the way, the unknown we were working on is unknown G.

And the answer for unknown G is: CuO, KI, ZnSO4.

The answer for unknown D is: FeCl2, ZnCl2, CuCO3. Which is the same as unknown E or F.

The answer for unknown C is: CaCO3, ZnSO4, FeSO4. Though there is a possibility that one of the cation present in Cl- instead. Oh well I never do that unknown, but supposedly it's like that.

Greed

I just realised. Is making your blog private a trend or something?

It's like I've seen so many people privating their blog already.

Ok fine. I admit I hate people from hiding things from me.

The greed of wanting to know everything, regardless of importance.

The cost of this sin is great. I have already paid for it. And I'm sure sooner or later I would have to pay it again, seeing how I would not change, and yet want others to change.

While people went greedy over money and other 'luxarious' items, I'm going greedy over making more friends. You know, the best type.

What to do after that? I don't know. But I know I just want them. Want more humans to know me better, and know about them better as well. Get to know about their most disgusting selves. Mmmhm that's the whole point about being good friends about.

Anyways here's a list of people whom I know have made their blog private. Somehow I would get to them. I would slowly seep into them like a shadow, and observe from the darkness from that point onwards. Of course not all of them are my targets, but you get a few..

So now most of my keypad has recovered. Except for some quite essential keys which are either not working or malfunctioning.

Malfunctioning in the sense that they are acting in a random, continuous and spastic motion in which some times they would automatically 'work', usually with continuous spamming. Take an example of my up and down keys. They are working fine actually, except that once in a while they would automatically press themselves, even though I'm not at all touching them, causing my poor anime's volume to go ballistic.

And my right key is not working, still. Of course if your direction keys are not working / malfunctioning there's almost no game in which you can play properly, and thus I have to distract myself with anime. And warcraft editor.

Most annoying part is my enter key is not working as well. So it is impossible to chat on msn without soft keyboard, and microsoft word is killing me as well, because I can't leave new paragraph.

Now with fullmetal alchemist waiting to be renewed at episode 49, there's no more other distractions available.

Maybe it's time I start doing my CHAOs work properly.

nus attachment - second day

Two words: Epic fail

First thing, me and daniel were somewhat considered late for the attachment because stupid daniel came late and I'm stupid enough to walk all the way there after reaching NUS. I should have taken the shuttle bus..

Then we heard a 'delightful' piece of news: The lab is under safety check and thus this entire week the lab will be unusable. And thus we will not be able to do any experiment.

Must chiong the literature review for the experiment in which we were doing on.

Our Insight Series group is dying.

And also, I won't be in school tomorrow, because of my NUS attachment.

nus attachment - first day

Somehow I lost the will to write, at least for today.

Organic chem is killing me. And I'm supposed to do a presentation on what we have done for the whole week.

Today is mainly housekeeping matters, all of us (9 ppl) where thrust with stacks of research paper to mug on, so that we can understand our topic better, or as they say. The main problem being we have never learnt organic chem before, so almost all the formula and symbols and terms used inside is not very familiar, at least to most of us. I didn't buy that 1250 paged organic chem book for nothing ok.

Anyways I'm getting quite busy nowadays. Refer to my 'to-do' list at the left side of the blog. Recent slacking and daoing of homework is starting to have its detrimental side effects. Somehow being the group leader of quite some assignments, I'm seriously dying from insufficient leadership. Insight Series meeting coming up this wednesday. And we have done nothing yet.

I know everyone is as busy or more busy than me (because surprisingly my life is considered carefree enough), but guys, you still need to chiong. Because I cannot tank too much at once, and nowadays I'm too lazy. Need to pull myself by the nose to continue my work.

And most likely NUS Attachment during the sabbatical week is not going to be very enjoyable as well, seeing that most probably we are going to do experiment on something we know nothing about, and probably will not be knowing anything unless we mug during the weekends (more of today) and prepare ourselves for massive spam of organic chem.

Now I would like to share with you a little story:

Somewhere on this planet there's this boy. He bought an approximately 1250 paged book on organic chem, for hope to prepare himself for the future. He flipped open the first 10 pages, read the things written inside, vomited blood and fainted, and decided that sooner or later he is going to lose his ability in Chemistry. The end.

Ok, it's not really being lucky. It's more of I don't bother to calculate my own score because I keep forgetting the percentage of each of the components for the overall score. So that's that.

Yesterday I managed to 'beg' back my IHC test score, because for the whole of this week (ignoring Monday and Tuesday because we have home 'learning') there is no IHC lesson, and no teacher is willing to give up the last possible chance of giving us holiday homework. So for the rest of the class the IHC test result is still a mystery. But I managed to ask back my marks with good relationship with teacher and also the aid of a substance known as biscuit. So IHC is an A1. Yay.

Managed to find a way to persuade IHE geog teacher to let the class see their test result, although once again there is no IHE lesson. Except for tomorrow, where all the Aphelion peeps would be going to shoot each other with pellets of paint. AKA paintball. I'm seriously considering making my own pellets of copper (II) chloride. It's so convenient, and it can be scammed through because it has a colour. When you got shot and feel a metallic taste in your mouth, you know what it means...

So my estimated end MSG would be around 1.89 to 2.00, it all depends on my Chinese result.

Btw, tomorrow there will be half-day. Wonders whether EP3 carries on as usual.

The temperature at Beijing this few days are still very low, ranging from 7oC to -4oC. So it will be freezing cold around there. Wear sweaters, wear long pants, wear scarfs. Just wrap yourselves in wool and cotton guys.

Anyways Beijing should be ok at this time of the year. So most likely you won't die from 9.00 MSG, but don't get too hopeful...By the way, when you go to Beijing you would be begging to come back and learn chem from Mrs Sow, trust me. ;P
