Speaking of chemistry, tmr's chem olympiad is cancelled, due to unknown reasons. (Teacher trainer having holidays?) And also is next week's chem olympiad. Omg I'm going to rust if I don't go for the olympiad soon.
Sudden surge of project's day panic coming up. Not because I am unprepared but because I'm afraid of who might be my judge for semi-finals. Cus it seems that students presenting under the presence of certain teachers will never make it to finals the moment the teacher bu-shuang you or cannot understand what you are presenting, which in a state of shame (?) will fail you immediately. Last year I was lucky because I managed to make it all the way to the finals, because I get quite good judges, not those who are so strict in judging projects.
Another main reason is that all my ACE are heavily dependent on my project's day result, which I assume (and hope and pray) to be A* (High distinction). I mean, if it's possible last year, why can't it be possible this year? Getting A* will mean 4 ACE to every subject, and 10 ACE to the main subject. That is a HUGE buff to my current ACE, which as mentioned before is heavily dependent on the project's day's result.
Anyways, giving a review of my current ACE and the expected (assumed) ACE that I can get. Note that all ACE points are kept at 10, and the triple sciences at 7.
.
English: 5 (+at least 3 for book circle +4 for pday) = 12/10
Chinese: 2 (+at least 2 for blog + 4 for pday + 2 for panel discussion) = 10/10
Maths: 2 (+at least 1 for ACE test + 4 for pday + 5 for CHAOS) = 12/10
IHC: 0 (+4 for ppt + 4 for pday + 1 for future work teacher's giving) 9/10
IHE: 2 (+10 for pday - main ACE) = 12/10
Chemistry: 6 (+4 for pday) = 10/7
Biology: 0 (+at least 3 for pbl + 4 for pday) = 7/7
Physics: 2 (+at least 3 for ICAS + 4 for pday) = 9/7
.
from this assumption / calculation / wishful thinking, I can seem to max all my ACE without doing further work as long as I ensure that I got an A* for project's day. PLEASE GIVE ME A*!
