Because it's going to be new year soon, and because I'm very bored, and because I watched a video which showed the same thing, I decided to do that top 10 list of anime powers, completely from the animes / mangas which I have watched or read. Thus if you think there's some better powers it would most likely mean I did not watch the anime or read the manga.

10. Geass - A lot of people (Code Geass)
Overall, the ability to affect the mind in one way or another. Such as Lelouch's Geass to control minds, Rolo's Geass of ward of absolute suspension, etc. The sad thing is that the more superior Geass is limited in its power in one way or another, such as Lelouch's Geass requires eye contact and can only use on one person once. While Rolo's Geass is absolutely inferior to the 'pure' time manipulation.
9. Magic & Ninjutsu (Fairy Tail & Naruto)
There is a great variety of things you can do with them, so there is no point doing a specification. You sacrifice some energy, and miracles happen. The best thing about the two is that there's so much varieties of different magic and ninjutsu you will never get bored. And there's always new possibilities.
8. Devil fruits - A lot of people (One Piece)
If I have to specify a devil fruit I would prefer yami yami devil fruit (since I'm a fan of dark and light. lol fan.) The reason why it is superior than magic and ninjutsu is that it has no 'cost' to activate. For eg. magic has something called mana (but anime uses energy), while ninjutsu has something called chakra, both which when little make it hard to use the ability. While you can abuse the power of devil fruit anyway you like. The only bad thing is the moment you touch water the effect is negated.
7. Vectors - Some characters (Elfen Lied)
The power that contributed to 90% of the gore in Elfen Lied, the ability that literally 'tears a person's guts out'. To a certain extend it is like telekinesis, except that you do have a range and the maximum 'hands' you can create, which is sad. But since there's absolutely no cost for its activation means you can tear people up in any way you like. Sadistic ability FTW.
6. Ultimate Vampire - Alucard (Hellsing)
He. Is. Unkillable. Seriously. Just by the fact that Alucard is unkillable already allows him to make to the list. There's no point having oh-so-destructive powers if the opponent is unkillable. Ie. regenerates even if he is gone. Apart from that there's the powers of a rather typical vampire - strength, dexterity, stamina, control animals, change body parts to shadowy substances.
5. Vector change - Accelerator (Toaru Majutsu no Index)
He has to come out somewhere. Probably the most powerful non-supernatural non-magical ability (apart from void), which allows him to change the vector values of anything he touches. Which basically means anything physical can be changed. The only down side is it requires physical contact, which greatly reduces the efficiency, but he is able to use the ability to do other long distance things like creating a plasma storm, so that's that. Btw, he definitely pwns Touma, because Touma cannot negate the secondary effects created by his power. Touma is lucky.
4. Void manipulation - Yuichi Hirose & Yoshimori Sumimura (Alive: The Final Evolution) & (Kekkaishi)
If I really need to pick out one of the two, I would probably pick Yoshimori, due to the fact that kekkaishi techniques contain more than just his shinkai - which covers an area in a ball of light that destroys anything he feels is hostile. On the other hand, Yuichi's ability is pure voidish. He is able to shoot balls of nothingess that destroys anything, and turn himself into nothingness, thus making him intangible. The power to manipulate nothingness is probably the most powerful offensive ability. (Apart from being able to directly kill a person, but void can also be used defensively so it's still more superior)
3. Time manipulation - Amber (Darker than Black)
Due to the fact that I did not read a manga or watch an anime with a character with reality manipulation, time manipulation is by far one of the most hax ability ever. You stop time, and you go around chopping people, you resume time, people die without even knowing why. And some more high tier time manipulation (such as Amber), can rewind time as well. (Which explains why Rolo is not here because his ward of absolute suspension is noob)
2. Angel Player - that stupid program (Angel Beats)
You use a program. You edit stuff. You make yourself godlike. Basically that's what Angel Player does. It is an ability that comes in the form of a computer program. By changing the info in the program you can manipulate yourself. Which means you can make yourself manipulate reality. Woah.
1. Nullification Alice - Sakura Mikan (Alice Academy)
Touma from Index would probably have won if not because Mikan's alice is AOE, while Touma requires direct touch with only his right hand in order for his power to work. Basically what this power does is to negate the effect of any other powers in the area. Although it does not do flashy stuff like destroying a world, it prevents any other people with powers to use their powers as long as they are within range, thus allowing it to kick away all other powers and take the first place. The most powerful but most useless power.

Hurray. There goes my top 10 list. Thanks to GC for making me notice that Angel Player is an ability not a program (hence a weapon). Bleh. Nvm, forgive me for not watching bleach, fatestay night and inuyasha, which would probably make me change my list. Happy new year to all!
