Today's Cross Country was fun! Yay! (already starting to behave spastically)
So anyways the race started as 8 am, for the sec 1s. For us it started at around 8.30 I think. And one retorded thing is that they only started to blast music when we were running, or so what I thought, because the music was DAM SOFT.
So anyways we started off at around 8.30, and then I applied my usual strategy: chiong all the way to the front and then slow down. So that's exactly what I did, I chiong with some other people all the way to the front, chiong a bit more, then turned to a slow jog. Anyways people overtook me sooner or later, I don't really care. At least I was enjoying myself. Oh, and on the way down the slope from the boarding school I accidentally kicked a watch that happened to lie on the ground. Maybe it's lz's watch...he said he lost it while running. =.=
So throughout the race I was running somewhere near daniel and / or keith. The whole process of the race is as follows: run a bit, jog, walk, walk, walk, run a bit, jog, walk, niao people who are slower than me, jog again, catch up with daniel, catch up with keith, jog.
Then at the end of the race I did a gigantic sprint with daniel, in the end he came before me by a bit. It's almost as though both of us came in at the same time. But oh well. At least this time I never go half-dead from the run.
But bad thing is after the race my head feels like something was hammering it. Bleh feels like waking up in the morning having a hangover or something. And the stupid milo van was completely overcrowded with students from sec 1 all the way to sec 4. Merely by looking at the crowd I gave up on the thought of queuing up to get that less-than-200ml of milo. In the end borrowed money from lz to buy isotonic drink from the vending machine, because some stupid idiot locked my classroom, so cannot get my bag.
Then throughout the race they were blasting songs. Nice but stupid. Because the volume is too low. How the hell do you expect people to hear the songs at the boarding school if the volume is so soft that it can't even penetrate a noisy sec 4 crowd? And also, due to some reasons they decided to skip many songs. It's supposedly to begin at top 20 of our school votes, then at around no. 16 they skipped all the way to top 10. Then at around no. 7 they skipped to top 5. Then they skipped to top 2 again. So at least half of the students were booing, because they were waiting to hear some songs below top 2.
But at least Bad Romance was played, because it's at number 2 XD. I sort of sang along throughout the song, while randomly walking around. But once again because it's too soft some people missed it.
AND THE TOP 1 SONG BELONGS TO.......(drum roll)........RICKROLL. lol
The response was overwhelming. A LOT of people sang along. And there's epic lolz everywhere.

Finally classroom was open. Went back classroom to slack. Gong chen gave a very useful quote when he went back to the classroom, seeing so many of the classmates there "No wonder I didn't see anyone at the terraces." There was card / handphone games going around in the classroom.

Went downstairs to buy $2 worth of drinks. Went upstairs, saw Mrs Tay, asked her how she like the rickroll. Cannot hear. Went down to talk to her.
AND THEN MRS TAY TREATED ME TO 鱼片米粉 WOHOOO YAY.
So I accompanied her down to canteen again, then she went to queue up for the two bowls of 鱼片米粉, then we went to eat. Chatted about my family and other stuff. Did not take photo cuz was wondering whether she minds o.0. And also because I was eating so dam slowly with my food.
Anyways thanks Mrs Tay for your treat today :) I shall continue sharing cookies with you haha.

Went back from canteen. Met my Insight Series group. Went to the supposed briefing. Nobody was there. As a matter of fact nobody was at anywhere. Went to staff room to find the teacher. Nobody as well, so talked some crap with Chinese teacher aka Ume (I officially announce her new nickname). Then waited outside the staff for some time and me, kaidi and isaac talked about chem / physics / bio olympiad..

Went back classroom. Some people staying back for ep3. Thamsy was teaching Jun Cheng maths. Then talked crap about mugging and chem with chan wei and derrick.
Then after some time nearly everyone disappeared, left me, thamsy, jun cheng and kaidi. Everyone was sleepy, kaidi went library to sleep, isaac went for his microbio quiz. Now left me, thamsy and jun cheng. So in order to keep ourselves awake, we started a minor discussion about the "Three G's", which are: Gods, Gays, Lady GaGa. lol I think it's four G's, but who cares.

Wc met me in class. Stoned for a while and continued talking crap. Then went to chem lab to get lab coat, but Mdm Lim not there. So spent like 15 minutes talking to Mdm Xia about the QA challenge. So it seems that there will be 1 insoluble salt and 2 soluble salts, in which the 2 soluble salts will most likely affect the result of the cation, anion and redox test, because the three are all mixed together. Never mind I shall find out when the scheduled day comes for me ;P ps sorry to wc for waiting very sianly outside the chem lab while I was chatting enthuly with Mdm Xia about the QA challenge x.x
*Reread my blog post and found out it's so bloody long! Oh no probably no one would bother reading such a long 流水账, aka a boring account of what happened on that day. No thoughts and feelings included. This blog is supposedly to 'balance out' the emoness of my chinese blog. But then I realised I can NEVER be optimistic, so the emoness outweighs the positiveness of this blog. Sigh so sad. XD
